Delegates from the UK: payment may be made by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards only).
Delegates from abroad: All charges will be made in pounds sterling, some debit / credit cards will not be accepted by the payment supplier. Please check with your bank if experiencing problems with payment for online registration.
Paying by invoice: If quoting a Purchase Order Number please put this information in the Further Details box.
By registering on line, conference delegates accept the following conference terms and conditions.
Confirmation of Registration:
Please print off the confirmation from the screen for your records. Confirmation of your payment will be sent by email when payment has been approved, this should be within a day or two of registering. Confirmation should be brought to the Conference and produced at Registration and/or Check-in where you will be given the delegate conference pack and other conference information.
Cancellations & Refunds policy:
Registrations cannot be accepted over the telephone and places are only guaranteed upon payment and confirmation. Cancellation should be notified to the conference administrator in writing via email: CMS@rhul.ac.uk or Fax: +44 1784 443 797 as soon as possible prior to the event.
We regret no refunds are available but substitutions may be made up to one week before the conference without charge.
A full programme, registration and joining instructions will be sent in June, in time for the July conference.
Any delegate with a special requirement should contact CMS@rhul.ac.uk before registering to confirm Royal Holloway University of London can meet their needs. RHUL is committed to meeting the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995; however some buildings on the campus are of an historic nature and may require an alternative route to other delegates to access. Hearing loops are provided in the main plenary sessions.
