Event Overview:
This event is an ideal opportunity for lecturers in the humanities who want to find out how to raise the profile to their teaching resources in the wider academic community. Using the example of HumBox - a collection of Humanities teaching resources - participants will learn about the principles and benefits of 'open educational resources' (OER) and be shown how to use HumBox to showcase their own resources and repurpose those developed by others. Academics involved in the HumBox project will discuss their experiences and their will be plenty of opportunity to explore HumBox itself.
